All students who have completed at least one academic year at Catholic High School are invited to sign up as a Catholic High Alumni member.
To join as a lifetime member, simply complete the application form accompanied by payment of $505* membership fee.
What is Young CHA?
Catholic High Alumni Associate Membership (Young CHA) is launched in 2011 and is open to all ex-CHS students who do not yet qualify for CHA life membership. If you are under 25 years of age, undergoing National Service or pursuing tertiary education, then you are qualified to join Young CHA.
As an associate member, you are welcomed to join all CHA activities and enjoy the soon-to-be-launched merchant program, giving you discounts to businesses run by old boys. You will also have access to our web portal with the latest info on our activities, school news & members database. You are not eligible to vote and hold office in CHA.
Once you have completed your studies or reach 25 years of age, you will be eligible to convert your associate membership to life membership by paying the prevailing life membership fees. Otherwise, your membership will automatically expire and you will have to sign up again and pay the registration fee.
FREE MEMBERSHIP! Associate Members need not pay Membership Fees. Entrance Fee of S$5.00 is waived if you sign up now! (NOTE: Prevailing Life Membership Fee is payable to convert to Life Membership)
- ORDINARY LIFE MEMBER
Ordinary Life Membership is open to all former pupils of Catholic High School (Primary, Secondary or Pre-U) who are at least 16 years of age and not a full-time student or undergraduate. Ordinary members shall have full voting rights in matters of the association.
To join as a lifetime member, please complete the application form accompanied by proof of attendance in CHS and payment of $5 entrance fee and $500 life membership fee (Total: $505) via cheque or PayPal.
- HONORARY MEMBER
Any person who has been the principal or a member of the teaching staff of the Alma Mater and who has rendered distinguished services to the Association or to the Alma Mater may be nominated by the Executive Committee for election at the Annual General Meeting to Honorary Membership.
- ASSOCIATE MEMBER
Associate Membership (also known as “Young CHA”) is launched in 2011 and is open to all former pupils under 25 years of age who are full-time students or undergraduates. Associate members have no voting rights and cannot hold office in CHA.
Upon completion of full-time studies, graduation or reaching 25 years of age, associate members can apply to convert their membership to ordinary life membership by paying the prevailing ordinary life membership fees. Otherwise, their membership will lapse when they reach 25.
Associate Members need not pay Membership Fees. Entrance fee of $5 is currently waived. To sign up, please specify the membership type as "Associate Member" to qualify for free membership and indicate your school under the “Company Name” field.
* Membership is strictly restricted to former students of Catholic High School. The alumni reserve the right not to refund any membership fees paid if the application is submitted by a non-Catholic High School old boy.
