Membership Registration

1. *Before filling up the form*, please get ready:

a. A softcopy of your profile image (NRIC size), and
b. A softcopy of proof (jpg, jpeg or png) that you have studied in Catholic High School (PSLE Cert / 'O' Level Cert / MOE School History). You can find the form here.

2. Fill up all the details required for your application and upload your proof and photo.

3. An automatic generated email will be sent to you upon receipt of your application. Please check your email for details on payment. Please check your spam if you do not see our email.

4. Email secretariatatcha.org.sg if you run into problems.
